12/06/2000   3T's New Album

Sony Music has recently scheduled a release date for the new 3T album.
The long-delayed record is now tentatively scheduled for a release on October 10th 2000.
The album will be available as a CD Extra with a multimedia section.

Although currently scheduled for October 10th, the album may be postponed again. As of now, Michael Jackson has not totally completed his participation to the record. 3T are expected to turn in the tapes of the album to Sony Music by mid August in order to meet the planned October release.
Note: Reports announcing a July release of the album were not based on information supplied by official sources.

17/06/2000   Quote from Sisqo

In a recent interview with Billboard magazine, Sisqo was asked whom he would pick as a duet partner for a possible live performance. Without hesitation, the young singer answered:
"Michael Jackson! I'd just love to work with Michael, period. So, Michael, if you're reading this, call me!"

19/06/2000   Quote from Rodney Jerkins

A recent issue of Time magazine featured an article on producer Rodney Jerkins from which the following excerpt was taken:
"The young producer is focusing on what he considers his biggest challenge: producing songs for the Gloved One. 'This is his most important record that he's ever gonna make and ever will make,' says Jerkins, perhaps forgetting about a little record named Thriller. 'He is the greatest, but you got people who say he can't come back. That's why we're working hard on it, to prove there is no one who can touch him.' "
20/06/2000   Quote from Anastacia

Young American singer Anastacia is making her debut with an Epic/Daylight album called Not That Kind, featuring the single "I'm Outta Love."
In a recent press release for the European media, Anastacia talks about her 1998 big break, when she entered MTV's "The Cut," a star search competition where she made it among the Top 10 finalists in front of an eclectic panel of judges including Pete Rock, David Foster, and Faith Evans.

"The reaction was incredible," Anastacia recalls. "I mean, Michael Jackson called me at home! He wanted to sign me to his record company MJJ Music."
In March 1999, Anastacia signed an exclusive recording contract with
Daylight Records, an Epic label.
22/06/2000   Quote from Sam & Louis

Hit producers/songwriters Louis Biancaniello and Sam Watters have had success making music for many famous artists, including their most recent productions: Jessica Simpson's "I Wanna Love You Forever" and Anastacia's "I'm Outta Love."
In a recent interview with Gavin magazine, Sam & Louis were asked which artist they would like to work with someday. Their answer was:
"Michael Jackson. What an incredible talent, overflowing with energy, passion, and originality."
27/06/2000   Special Dedication

Rodney Jerkins' Darkchild Studios are located in Pleasantville, New Jersey. The studios have been custom-built for the young producer. The space houses four recording studios, an eleven-car garage, a game room with arcade classics like Centipede and Defender and a cafeteria with walls covered in recording artists' signatures. In a conspicuous position, Rodney has framed a Michael Jackson note that reads: "To King Rodney, Love Michael Jackson, No Limit, 8.16.99."
30/06/2000   New Album Release Date - Update

Michael Jackson has set another release plan for his new album. He is now hoping to release the record in March 2001.
Plans for a release by Christmas 2000 are definitely cancelled.
